Geraldine-Juliane Stenzel, LL.M. advises on all issues of strategic commu­nica­tion in white-collar criminal procee­dings with a focus on com­panies in crisis situa­tions. Another focus of her work at CONSILIUM is on defending and rebuilding the reputation of com­panies and develo­ping holistic internal and external commu­nica­tion strategies.

Prior to CONSILIUM, the business law graduate worked for several years at a leading inter­natio­nal law firm in the field of com­pliance and inter­nal investi­gations. Her clients were predo­minantly Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, family-run busi­nesses, private equity, insurance and industrial com­panies. Her work focused on advising in sensi­tive ad-hoc crisis situa­tions as well as on complex matters at the board level of com­panies, associa­tions and indivi­duals in various industries in both criminal and financial law contexts.

Prior to that, she worked as a legal counsel for a bio­pharma­ceutical cor­pora­tion. In addition to advising the specialist depart­ments and the board of directors, she also worked closely with the PR depart­ment on the external presen­tation of the company.
