Ass. jur. Alexander Holzer

Alexander Holzer has been part of the consulting team since January 2025. Before joining CONSILIUM, he also worked as a journalist alongside his legal career.

He studied law in Germany and Spain and completed a legal taineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at Kammergericht Berlin, the German Federal Foreign Office and an arbitration boutique. In the past, Alexander Holzer worked as a research assistant at Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, Humboldt University of Berlin and Hertie School of Governance. He also was a lecturer for the Berlin University Alliance.

Additionally, he pursues a doctorate on legal aspects of child marriage at Humboldt University Berlin and is a board member of the Association of Young International Law Scholars (AjV e.V.).
