RA Maximilian Schwärecke, LL.M.

Consultant

Maximilian Schwärecke is a lawyer and strategic communications consultant specialising in complex, regulated and reputation-sensitive contexts. His expertise lies in particular in the development of narrative mission statements, litigation PR, employee communications and strategic media relations - especially in legally sensitive and reorganisation-related situations.

From his consulting practice and his previous work as a lawyer in a major international law firm, he has in-depth experience at the interface of healthcare, crisis communication, regulation and corporate ethics. His understanding of supervisory architectures, media-psychological dynamics and intercultural risk situations enables preventive reputation management, client positioning and crisis prevention.

He completed his legal training at Humboldt University in Berlin and Tongji University in Shanghai.
